3. Accuracy

Rules come from the Ministerial Decree of 23 December 1976; place codes from ANPR and ISTAT, downloaded on 2026-10-23 (sources are linked under every tool). Rules and lists can change. We try to keep them current but cannot guarantee that the data is always up to date, complete or right for your case.

4. Always check

The only valid codice fiscale is the one issued by the Agenzia delle Entrate; with omocodia it can differ from the calculated one. Before relying on a result for a tax return, contract, invoice or payment, check it against your official document or the Agenzia delle Entrate and VIES services.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CF Subito is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the site or its results.

6. No link with public bodies

The site is not owned or endorsed by the Agenzia delle Entrate, the Ministry of the Interior, ISTAT, the European Commission or any other body mentioned. Their names are used only to cite sources.
